THE POLICY

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your purchase details. Please review this email carefully, as it will include important information regarding your order.

All our items are made-to-order, and production typically takes 4-6 weeks. Please note that during peak seasons, production may take longer. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.

Defective or Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographs of the damage to assess the situation. If deemed appropriate, we will offer a full refund or a replacement item.
Sizing Issues:
- As each piece is custom made, we encourage you to carefully consult our sizing guide before placing your order. If you receive an item that does not fit as agreed upon (due to our error), please contact us within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
Change of Mind:
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that are simply unwanted or if you have changed your mind. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your choice before completing your purchase.

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please contact us at lavelleadorr@gmail.com. After this period, we will begin production, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

If you are returning a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For items returned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect sizing chosen), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve a refund for damaged items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
